Autumn Retreat

Friday 13th - Sunday 15th November 2026

The summer will be well and truly in the past with the madness of December impending. So why not take the opportunity for a weekend of R&R.

A time to put yourself first, clear your head and meet some canny new people along the way.

Take the weekend at your own pace, so you might join in with every activity going - yoga, sound bath, hot tubs, sauna... or maybe you spend it curled up in front of the wood burner with a book and a glass of wine. Our main aim is to escape the real world, if only for a few days.

Hearty homemade food, will be delivered from beginning to end. With the option of a traditional pub lunch in the local village to close everything

Accommodation

We’ll be staying at the gorgeous Roses Bower in Northumberland which has access to wood fired hot-tubs, a sauna and an outdoor fire pit overlooking Northumberland National Park.

There are three options for rooms:

  • Shared double (with friend or partner)

  • Single occupancy double

  • Twin room (shared with another retreater)

Food

All meals will be provided from when you arrive on Friday evening until Sunday morning.

All meals will be homemade and nourishing; giving you the energy that you need for the weekend.

As it’s a weekend of balance, there will be the occasional treat scattered throughout too.

On Sunday lunch time, there will be an optional countryside walk and pub lunch - this is not included in the cost.

QUESTIONS?

Your Host, Amy:

  • Amy has practised Yoga for around 13 years. She qualified as a teacher in 2019. Since then, she has completed further 450 hours in training in Bali, India and London.

She loves getting into the nitty - gritty of postures. This means she incorporates movements beyond what your would see in a more traditional Yoga class. She uses intelligent sequencing to build in specific strength, flexibilit and mobility exercises to help unlock some of the more challenging postures.

Embracing what you have is part of Amy’s ethos, she believes that a lot of what holds us back is in our minds rather than our bodies.

She loves giving people the space to have a got at things that wouldn’t have normally, while equally encouraging people to take a step back if that’s what feels right too.
