SLOW THE FLOW DOWN

MONTHLY

The session starts with a sixty minute restorative yoga session. This means minimal effort, gentle postures with the focus on relaxation, slowing down and generally just chilling out a bit.

After this, we'll do a thirty minute Yoga Nidra which is also called Yogic Sleep. We find that space between asleep and awake and work through a gentle meditation influenced by the season.

We’ll slowly bring ourselves back to earth with some herbal teas and a little bit of reflection - nothing too serious!

Finally, we’ll finish with some gentle yogic Thai massage techniques, working on areas where we generally hold tension: hips, spine & shoulders.

FLOW + COFFEE + STEAM & SALT

MONTHLY

We’ll start the day with a sixty minute class. Moving with the breath, we’ll work, through sun salutations, a strong, yet simple vinyasa flow incorporating longer holds to work on feeling strength and stability in the body.

Next, we’ll head downstairs to grab a drink from the legends at Regular Jo’s.

Finally we’ll meander down to the beach for an optional dip in the sea at King Eddie’s before piling into the Steam and Salt sauna where we can slather ourselves in Maggie’s homemade scrubs, breathe in the goodness and chat nonsense!
