The Yoga sessions will be mixed ability - that means that options will be given and you can choose which one feels best for you.
You might be more comfortable if you have had some experience of Yoga but it is absolutely not necessary. You are also welcome to stay in bed!

By plane:
Fly from Newcastle to Belfast International Airport.
From the airport to the venue:
Please bare in mind, depending on what time your flight lands, you may have some time to kill before check in.
If you really enjoy freedom, I would recommend hiring a car for the weekend, then you can easily scoot about from place to place.
Otherwise there is a bus which takes you straight into Belfast city centre.
From there, you can either get a taxi to the venue (around £100) or you can get the train (around £16) and then a taxi (around £15)
By ferry:
Taking the ferry from Scotland is a longer option, but gives you the freedom of having your own car. The cost is around £350 per car.
Closer to the time, I will set up a WhatsApp group to help organise transport for the trip.
