  • Pincha (Forearm stand) Workshop

    9am - 11am

    The Yoga Station, Whitley Bay

    Two hours purely dedicated to all things Pincha.

    We’ll work on specific strength and flexibility, targeting the muscles that are needed for a strong and stable Pincha.

    Set up also plays a big part in the stability of a forearm stand, so we’ll play with different set ups to find what works best for each individual.

    Lots of play time and times for questions and support.

    Please note: Pincha is a tough pose, it has taken me a long to find the confidence and strength needed. You may not come away with perfection, but you will come away with skills to practise to bring yourself that little bit closer.
